These are Chinese and foreign inspectors that all have several years of experience in their field and have abilities to conduct quality control and factory audits all over China covering many fields of productions such as construction materials, plastic injection, electronic, LED, wood, house ware, furniture, leather, sport goods and many other products.

Inspection Services:
Initial Production checks (IPC) Before production is started we check that all conditions for it are met. What’s checked: raw materials, production tools & processes and management. Benefits: detect any trouble as early as possible.
During Production Inspections (Dupro) DUPRO can take place when at least 20% of the production is completed. What’s checked: product conformity and production processes. Benefits: get the production status overview and take actions if necessary.
Final Random Inspection (FRI) Also called Pre-Shipment Inspection, it is done once the whole production is over and at least 80% of the goods are packed. What’s checked: product conformity and packing compliance. Benefits: be sure that your order complies with all your requirements and that it will be safely packed.
Loading Supervision (LS) Inspectors are on site during the whole container loading process, from loading to seal placing. What’s checked: quantity of cartons/pallets loaded, loading method and container sealing. Benefits: make sure that all the goods are properly loaded before you pay the balance.
Production Monitoring (PM) For the most sensitive orders we follow your order from before the production to the loading, on a daily basis and on site. What’s checked: the everyday production progress and management. Benefits: detect at any time any issue with your order and fix the problems in real-time.
Audit Services:
First Assessment Audit Is your supplier reliable? What about its production capacities? And management? In order to make a clear picture of the situation of your future partner you can make an audit. We assess the factory’s capabilities according to the ISO9001 standards.
Monitoring Audit Either conducted on a regular basis to prevent abuses, or resulting or repeated incidents, monitoring audits is similar to the first assessment audit and helps to secure your supplies.
Social Audit Working conditions at your suppliers’ facilities are more and more a risk for your own image and sales. Verify that your suppliers comply with SA 8000 standards for Social Accountability.
